How much age difference affect a relationship? Usually a lot of women and men have stereotypes about this subject. Whereas, as we can see in today’s relationships the age difference doesn’t seem an important factor as it before. How much a person who started a relationship with a person her/his age is bigger or smaller than his/hers affected by this? Does this situation affects our decisions?
In our modern world, we can’t group people’s behavior according to their age. To say something like “50 years old people act like that” is really hard nowadays. In these days that even we can’t put ourselves in such groups, the only thing that matters in a relationship is the common interests between two people. At every age, the common interests and sharings are much more important now. In the list that people look for in their relationships, the “age” doesn’t have a big place anymore.
Nowadays there are other problems than age difference between two people who gets along really well. Usually, the women’s search for bigger man is linked between the maturity but it is also a fact that maturity is not linked with the age. Nowaday’s people who get rid of the stereotypes like men afraid of smart women, smart women are shy, men gets mature in long period of time, just looking for the right person to spend their time with. And they are insisted enough to disrupt this looking for the “age difference”.
What about you? Do you think the age difference matters?
